Osctek design and manufacture a range of Gunn oscillators operating from  9 to 120 GHz.
These are available as fixed frequency, mechanically or varactor tuned (vco).
Our range of varactor tuned oscillators enables system designers to take advantage of electronic
tuning at high speeds, which overcome some of the inadequacies of bias tuned oscillators.

The GVS (GNVS) range of VCO exhibit excellent performance , they are robust solutions for medium
to high volume production

We are able to engineer solutions for specific Gunn oscillator requirements.
